Poster

Posters are a simple way to promote your event. Print this one out and plaster it all over the place for maximum effect.

Poster Partially Editable

Unlike the standard poster, this one has the added advantage of being partially editable. This means that you can enter in your own Cupcake Day details such as time and venue and then print out the poster.

Poster Fully Editable

This poster is a blank canvas for you to detail anything your heart desires. Cupcake Day competitions, giveaways, raffles or just to shout your event from the rooftops!

Sticker Template

By law, you must wear a sticker if you are collecting donations on behalf of the RSPCA. We’ve included a sticker template here so that you can print out your own stickers. We’ve done this because some schools and workplaces have dozens of cupcake cooks and there never seems to be enough stickers to go round! This sticker is designed to be printed on Avery Address Label J8164 for inkjet printers or L7164 for laser printers. But you could also print on normal paper and make your own version!

Dollar Matching Letter

If your company dollar matches its staff’s fundraising efforts – and there are a lot of amazing companies that do – then download this letter to alert your manager that you intend to participate in Cupcake Day and would love the company to match any funds raised.

Cheque / EFT Return Form

If you would like to return your Cupcake donations by cheque or EFT instead of donating online, please use this form to fill in the details so we can send you a tax receipt. We have also included the address that you will need to send the form to.

Certificate

After the event, please download your participation certificate and fill it in. It can then take pride of place in your office, lunchroom or mantle in the formal dining room! We are not sending out certificates this year because it’s kinder to the environment. It also means that the money we would have spent on postage can go back to the animals.

Colouring in sheet

This one is for the kiddies or those of you who find a box of crayons and a black and white colouring sheet soothing after a hard day’s baking. We’ve taken all the colour out of our Cupcake Day poster so you can get artistic and add it back in. Feel free to print out as many as you like. This one is very popular with teachers and a great way to get kids thinking about the RSPCA and social responsibility.
