For some people, Cupcake Day is as simple as baking a batch of cupcakes, taking them into work or school and sharing them with friends. But others, turn into baking demons – churning out dozens and dozens of cupcakes, decorated with a menagerie of sugary farm animals and then assembling a army of assistants to help take over entire office blocks or playground to sell them. Whether you’re a conservative Cupcake cook or a Cupcake Commando, getting involved is simple.

Also check out the sweet merchandise that we’ve whipped up for this year’s event – you can pick up the perennially popular RSPCA patty cases, Cupcake Day commemorative t-shirts, balloons, cat and dog toys and stacks of other tasty titbits!

Specially created for dogs, this recipe is tasty, healthy and uses cage-free eggs. But most importantly, the pups love it!
If you don’t have a baking bone in your body, never fear, just find a friend or colleague who does and ask them to bake on your behalf. Or you can simply make a donation to the RSPCA and cut out the middle man!
