How to bank your funds
With your very own fundraising page, handing over your hard-earned donations for our furry, feathered or tail-wagging friends couldn’t be easier!
Collecting online donations
The easiest way is by getting your guests to donate directly to your paw-sonal online fundraising page. Funds that come in via your page come directly to RSPCA.
Prior to your event, be sure to send as many people to your page as possible by sharing your personal link and/or using the personalised QR Code Poster found in your Dashboard.
At the event, you could print copies of your QR Code Event Poster or set up a laptop with the page open.
All donations over $2 made via the website will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt.
Banking cash donations
If someone donates some cash at the event, we ask you to donate it your own page and then keep the cash. We promise it takes no time at all!
- Login to your Cupcake Day fundraising page,
- Click ‘Bank your funds’ at the top of the page or in your dashboard,
- Follow the steps to donate the total amount of cash donations you received via a credit or debit card and keep the cash!
