Ingredients

For Pupcakes

275g ripe banana

3 eggs

75g honey

150 almond meal

75g rolled oats

1tbs baking powder

100mls water

For Topping

120g cream cheese

75g peanut butter

1/2 banana, mashed

1 tbs honey

For Bone Biscuits

250g boiled sweet potato (ensure it's soft) 

125g oatmeal

150g rice flour 

150g peanut butter

1 whole egg

1tbs baking powder

Directions

For Pupcakes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C degrees
  2. Mix banana, eggs and honey, then add almond meal, oats, baking powder and water
  3. Place the mixture in regular sized patty pans. About 90g per pan
  4. Bake for 13 - 15 minutes until cooked through
  5. Set aside to cool down before piping on the topping

For Topping

  1. Mix all ingredients together until soft and creamy
  2. Transfer to piping bag when soft and ceamy 
  3. Decorate your cooled pupcakes, or keep in the fridge until serving 

For Bone Biscuits

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C degrees
  2. Mix with all ingredients together in the mixer until you can shape the dough by hand
  3. Shape the bones - a mini bone is about 10g, a medium bone is about 50g 
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 160C degrees, then turn off the oven, keeping the door closed to ensure they dry out
